The Quick-DNA/RNA™ MagBead kit provides a high-throughput, magnetic beadbased purification of both high-quality DNA and total RNA (including small RNAs) from the same starting sample. The provided DNA/RNA Shield™ inactivates infectious agent and is ideal for sample storage at ambient temperatures. The extraction method has the option to recover total nucleic acids in one elution or DNA & RNA in separate elutions without the use of phenol. It is eluted into as little as 50 μl of DNase/RNase-free water and is ready for any downstream application including RT-PCR, sequencing, etc.
