Prometheus™ ProSignal™ Pico chemiluminescent substrate is an enhanced chemiluminescent (ECL) HRP substrate capable of detecting low-picogram to high-femtogram amounts of protein by Western blot analysis using X-ray film or digital imaging. ProSignal™ Pico has an intense signal that lasts 6+ hours after substrate incubation, offering flexible imaging and allowing multiple exposures to be carried out without substantial signal decay. The reagent is highly sensitive for detection of low abundance proteins and is also optimized for dilute antibody concentrations allowing you to save precious antibodies and samples - load less sample, use shorter exposure times, or use up to ten-times less antibody.
