Apex Brand Lennox LB Agar is used for propagation and maintenance of E. Coli. Dissolve 35 gm in 1 L distilled water and adjust pH to 7.2. Sterilize by autoclaving for 15 minutes. Store dry at room temperature.
35g LB Agar Base/1L H20 =15g powdered agar, 10g tryptone, 5g yeast extract, 5g Sodium Chloride
